About Me

I remember vividly being a kid and thinking to myself, "...when I'm a parent I will remember what it feels like to be a kid so I can understand my kids really well."  So here I am, a mid-40 something parent of two school-aged children who can't shake the refrain of that Talking Heads Song Once in a Lifetime, "well, how did I get here? and the days go by...."  I'm just another human being making the most of the life I have chosen to live, trying to learn as much I can along the way and share what I learn to hopefully add to the lives of others in a beneficial way, not take away ...

Don't you love my tree pose on a beach?So serene and balanced I appear....ahhh...seriously though, this isn't me but I do like to poke fun and I do love my yoga and my kids, husband, dog, cat and two turtles dude and rocky. Still journeying, not really sure what else is ahead of me, hope its A LOT!!!
